You can order on-line using MasterCard, VISA, Discover or PayPal via our secure order website. If you are paying by check or money order, print the invoice in the shopping cart and send it in with your payment. Orders paid by Postal money order will be shipped the next business day following receipt. Orders that are paid by check will be held for 5 days or until the check clears our bank prior to shipping. If you are placing a telephone order through the shopping cart, you will need to call us with your payment information before you order can be processed.
If you have a color or pattern that you like but don't see it in our Color Gallery, please ask. We may be able to get it for you.
FOREIGN ORDERS (Non-USA)--Due to a number of fraud alerts issued by our credit card processor, in most instances, we can no longer ship internationally. However, we do accept CANADIAN orders, both PayPal and Credit Card. For orders to IRELAND AND THE UNITED KINGDOM, we will accept orders from a verified PayPal account...no credit cards please. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.

INFORMATION--All orders are sent USPS Priority
Mail with delivery confirmation. If we have it in
stock, your order will be sent within 24 hours. All orders,
except sheets and body suits, are shipped within 2-4 days.
Stretch sheet and body suit orders are shipped within 7-10
days. If you would like your package insured, please let us
know. There will be an additional charge for insurance.
Shipping rates are based on the United States Postal Service
rates. Detail information can be found at
usps.com. As a general rule, the heavier the package
plus the longer the distance from Michigan, the more the
shipping will cost. We do not have any hidden
handling charges.
ORDER CAREFULLY--Because there is no industry standard for sizing, each company has its own sizing system. Please refer to our sizing chart to get the correct fit. If you have a horse that varies substantially in build from the average quarter horse (stock type horse), please let us know when ordering. We want to make it right for you. Measure twice, order carefully, and always double-check. We reserve the right to upgrade, at no additional cost, subject to original order item availability.
OUR GUARANTEE--All Sleezy Barb Horsewear® products come with a 30-day exchange or repair guarantee against manufacturing defects. We want you to feel good about our quality products that we take pride in building. Our purpose at Sleezy Barb Horsewear is to enable horse owners to purchase high-quality horse wear at a reasonable cost. Everything we make is from the finest quality materials available, has been proven on our own horses first and is guaranteed to fulfill the purpose for which it was sold. However, horses are 1,000+ pound animals and are capable of destroying things. Even though we make all our articles out of the highest quality materials available, some horses may rub or chew. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by the horse or owner. This warranty is limited to the article only and no other warranties and liabilities are given nor implied. We disclaim responsibility for the use or misuse of products. Comments and statements regarding products are intended to be correct and accurate but the customer should be guided solely by their own judgment and opinion.
RETURN POLICY-- Whether the article is IN STOCK/READY MADE or CUSTOM MADE/MADE TO ORDER determines its return eligibility. Any returns or exchanges must be done within 10 days of receiving your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all return shipping charges.
IN STOCK or READY MADE: Items may be returned for refund or exchange. Ready Made (non-"made to order") items are purchased from the "Ready Made" area of the website and "Ready Made" will be printed on the first line in the item description of your receipt. Please call (989)227-5741, during regular business hours, to receive your RMA number before returning the item. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Upon receiving your RMA number, please return the article immediately. Store credit will be given for the full amount of the all returned merchandise. This does not include shipping charges. Merchandise must be in the SAME CONDITION as when it was originally purchased in order to receive a full refund. Credit will only be given if these items show no signs of wear or use and are absolutely clean. This means NO hair, dirt, hay, sawdust on the article. Ripped or torn items are not returnable. Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted. We cannot take back used items because we cannot re-sell them. This is for health reasons as well as cosmetic reasons. Used, abused or incomplete items shipped back to us will not be refunded or exchanged and will be donated to a local 4-H club in your name after cleaning. Clearance Barn items are final sales; no returns or refund.
MADE TO ORDER: We are a custom shop which means each order is made on an individual basis according to your personal order and cannot be resold. When you place your order, you are selecting your fabric from the roll and then it is made specifically for your order. Regretfully, items marked as "made to order," custom color orders, embroidered orders and products altered to your specifications may not be returned or exchanged. Other "made to order" articles that are submitted for return or exchange are subject to a 50% production fee or $25 minimum return fee per article, whichever is greater. Please call (989)227-5741, during regular business hours, to receive your RMA number before returning the item. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Upon receiving your RMA number, please return the article immediately.
All returns must be examined by our staff before a refund or replacement can be authorized. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you place a new order. We would like to but cannot accept for refund or replacement articles that have been worn or show any signs of wear or misuse, such as, snags, stains or tears caused by you or your horse. Horses are very strong animals and there is no fabric on the market today that will not rip or tear from a horse determined to take it off. Please close all Velcro prior to shipping. Returned items must be in the same new condition as they were received so please exercise care when trying on. This means NO hair, dirt, hay, sawdust on the article. Ripped or torn items are not returnable. Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted. We cannot take back used items because we cannot re-sell them. This is for health reasons as well as cosmetic reasons. Exchanges due to size will incur an additional shipping charge on the replacement article.
ALTERATION & REPAIR POLICY--We know one size does not always fit all which is why initial alterations are always free. If your horse requires a custom fit, give us a call and we will work with you to get the adjustments you need. Then simply return the article to us, with your authorization number written on the outside, and a postage paid return envelope and we will tailor it for free. We also repair and patch all Sleezy Barb Horsewear® products for a minor charge ($10-$25 + $5.50 return postage). All alterations and repairs are shipped within 24 hours. Please, only washed articles can be accepted for repairs or alterations. Items sent in dirty or hairy will incur a $25 cleaning charge before any repairs can be made.
